Was easy to find on the internet. The process is easy you’ll have your first appointment before you know it. They have the most helpful and understanding doctors. They accept insurance which is great. Plus this can all be done from the comfort of your home. Would definitely recommend.

8 month UPDATE: It is very difficult to get ahold of anyone in billing and I continue to get invoices asking me to pay every month when it's actually covered by my insurance. Calling us the best way, but you must wait for someone from billing to call you back asked they never called. They texted to tell me the invoice was removed and billed to my insurance. Then a week later another invoice pops up for the most recent appointment and I go through it all again. It's frustrating but I haven't had issues getting my medications and being scheduled for appointments.**************** Initial review below: Ophelia is an amazing program and is easy to get signed up and start feeling better ASAP. From the day I filled out the quick online form, til the day I was seen and received my prescription was 2 days! I love what they are doing for people. It's so hard with the stigma around opioid addiction to try to get help without jumping through hoops or feeling judged and embarrassed. It shouldn't be that way. We are ill and need medical care just like any other person with any other illness. I really thought that this was going to be some type of scam or that if it was real, my insurance wouldn't be accepted and that it would be a waste of time. I was so wrong and I am so glad I took the jump and just tried it. I've been getting my medications for 3 months now and it couldn't be any easier. This program is a true life saver for me and I know they will save many more!! I am so glad I found them and tried it.

My experience has been better than expected. While this is not a full-fledged treatment program with groups or counseling sessions my provider is excellent and is willing to take however much time is necessary to answer any of my questions or just generally make sure that everything is going well. It's refreshing to feel like it's not a money grab and that they actually care about your recovery. The zoom meetings can last anywhere from 8 minutes to 30 minutes depending on your needs. I hope my Outlook is not unique. I hope everybody is having the same experience even if they don't have the same provider that I do.

I'm not really one for reviews but these people really care . When a holiday comes up I get a text informing me of a decrease in staff and how to handle a crisis situation. One on ones are friendly and non intrusive. They can and will help every step of the way if you need it . The counselor is local and always responds promptly. .I'm not gonna bash the last clinic but 100% better than they were

This program has made it incredibly accessible for so many people to get out of the rat race of active addiction and into the care of knowledgeable and compassionate staff. The people who work behind the screen are doing this work because it truly means something- it's a means to an end of such epidemic proportions of Fentanyl overdoses and deaths. People finding themselves empowered to make the change in their own space, without the hitches of commuting to and from a clinic, can continue to work, or even find the ability to work for the first time in ages. Without losing family and friends and jobs and housing by announcing they're off to detox and rehab... this is a gentler, more realistic way to save thousands, if not millions of addicted people. This program turned my life around, and my counselors have all been absolutely stellar in their understanding and compassion, knowledge, and experience.
