The insurance checker will tell you they take your insurance. It will even say congrats we accept your insurance and it's in network even when it isn't. Apparently wasting people's time isn't an issue for them. It won't matter what insurance you pick or what member ID you use I bet it will pop up the same. So people who really need to stay on the Suboxone program think okay they accept my insurance I don't need to keep looking. We wait for this welcome call thinking everything is fine not realizing we are wasting precious time where we could be finding someone who actually accepts our insurance. Oh and I did try random numbers and it will say congrats we accept your insurance 😅

I am so happy I switched to Ophelia and their online platform. My insurance covers it, they have been amazing. No more missing work for appt’s at a clinic where its first come first serve even though I have an appt time, the Dr was always late or I had a new Dr every 2 weeks. I've had the same Dr for months and she is amazing. She cares not only about my recovery buy my health in general and always makes sure I have what I need when I need it. Once at crossroads clinic the Dr Didnt call in my script, I had to call their 800 number and wait 2 days for a script to be called in and had to go without medication for that time. They don't play those games at Ophelia. When my Dr needed to be out for an emergency they made sure I had my meds and enough of them till she returned. I will stay with them as long and I'm on this medication and they are open.

Great people who work there. And the biggest of them all they are completely judgment free. I can be talking to my dr/counselor and not feel a bit of judgement and that’s a big deal for me.Also if your like me where taking off of work once a month is a big issue then Ophelia is right for you

I have never been more comfortable taking to a doctor in my entire life. I am actually quite amazed by how warm , welcoming and caring these doctors can be to be honest. I am satisfied with my care to say the least. I hope that they don't ever change my doctor because she's also like a therapist for me. Something to do with being in my comfort place at home while I talk to her definitely makes me feel more content and willing to discuss anything for sure. Thank you for that Ophelia.
