Great place. (Not the cheapest web based sub provider but they provide plenty of resources for recovery.) About the same price as seeing my old doctor in person. The best part is, everything is 100% online. No more taking off work every month. They send tons of reminder emails, support emails, support texts. There's always a way for them to help struggling people. My "care provider" is great.

Dr. P and the team really saved my life. I was able to get my life back because of there help. Even though there only on zoom and text messaging, Dr.P and the team are hands on with you every minute of the day. Available to take your call, voice your concerns, text message you back, call the pharmacy with you. They have great communication skills. The entire process since the beginning has been so easy and seamless and they are so accommodating. My provider, Arielle, that I deal with on a monthly basis has been so wonderful and has helped me feel such at ease and I look forward to our monthly virtual visits. They also do periodic check ins and reminders by text throughout the month which are nice. Their response rate it amazing as well anytime I have to contact them and it's so easy being able to do it thru texting instead of a phone call. I literally can't say enough great things about Ophelia and their team. Only negative thing I can say is really more on my part and how i wish I knew how easy the process was so I could have started sooner. The only reason I didn't rate them 5 ⭐ is because the advertisement I read made a point of saying how they accept most health insurances, even Medicaid. Come to find out, they don't take Medicaid but as their business expands more to the westcoast from their current base on the eastcoast, they'll be accepting more and more insurance companies with Medicaid being one of them. So 🤞🤞 Everything else has been nothing short of excellent in my opinion. My provider is so wonderful!! She listens to everything I say, she goes above and beyond to make sure I'm as comfortable as possible while going through this nightmare time, I'm able to reach her anytime I have a problem, something doesn't feel right, if a bad reaction should arise with any of my meds etc. She has also been my #1 supporter giving me tons of encouragement and she's been so understanding when I've taken some steps back. There's someone I can talk to 24/7 which is a HUGE weight off my shoulders. I've gone to quite a few treatment centers and Ophelia Health is by far the best one I've ever been to and I'm so thankful I found them.
