Ophelia is wonderful, I've been in the maintenance program for 7 years now and have gone to regular doctors and paid a fortune and had to drive many miles to get there, now with these wonderful people I'm able to have my whole experience covered by insurance and pay overly one dollar for my meds and best of all I'm able see my doc from the comfort of my home, car or anywhere. I really like Ophelia Health, they respond immediately when I have any questions or concerns. When I need my prescription filled if my provider had to cancel because of an emergency, they filled my prescription and I was never without my medication. The place I went to previously I would have had to not only travel almost 250 miles round trip, but if they canceled appointment and I was out of my medication it would have taken them so long to fill and I would be frustrated or they were very horrible to deal with. I really like my provider, keep up the great work ophelia!! I would recommend your health care to others in a heart beat.

My boyfriend and I have been with Ophelia since April and I must say I've been doing really well and have had a great experience with them. I prefer their method. They don't have a one size fits all approach they truly do work to see what's best for you as an individual. I don't have to leave my house for the appointments I don't have to do all sorts of stuff that other places would require you to do. Other people dont have to know and I can do it all at the privacy of my home. I went from revolving my entire life around opiods to having the time, energy and money to be able to do my activities of daily living and be a productive responsible member of society. I just needed help...a chance. Everything about me is different, my house is different, my relationship is different and even my body and face is different. I look so healthy and I'm glowing! This program, the doctors and the nurses have positively impacted my life. There are no down sides. Rather than spending $100s or even thousands on making myself sick it only costs me $195 a month to change my life completely at my own pace. I just want to say that I'm super glad that I found this program. It's super super convenient, the mail the drug test cups right to your house. You have ample support from your care team right at your fingertips. My provider that Ive been seeing Ms. Nicole is so sweet and super patient with the tech issues I keep having. It has just turned out to be a way cheaper option, which is the only reason that I gave 4 stars. They don't aren't in network with any insurances in my state, but it's still cheaper honestly than what I was paying with my high deductible for my office visits, drug screens and the meds at my previous doctor. Not to mention it was 2 hours away so that was a whole day off work once a month and a tank of gas. I highly recommend this program if someone is sick and tired of being sick and tired. Give it a shot!!

My experience from the very moment I inquired about “Ophelia Health “ to almost a patient going on a year with this program has been nothing but the best and I wish this was around years ago because I could have changed my life a lot sooner. First let me say that I am so happy to have found the team at Ophelia. What I have accomplished through them I thought would never happen. Not only did I get totally clean my first try, I have regained love, respect, and pride in myself. That has been missing for a long time. The staff at Ophelia truly care. And I wasn’t perfect, I had setbacks, and they never judged me, they we’re only there to pick me back up. One of the things that really helped me to be successful was if I was having a bad day, crying, wanting to use, etc. I could call or text at anytime and there would always be a kind voice on the other end with the encouragement I needed. It’s not easy but with their help it’s a lot less painful that you think. I’m very early in my sobriety and still using the medications I was prescribed, but I feel great! I switched to Ophelia after my previous doctor got a surgery and told me he’d be back after 8 weeks only to go missing and completely awol for the last 2 months. I was desperate to find a new doctor, and I found the Ophelia network after Googling online. There have been a few issues, to be sure, even one involving a surprise surgery of the main practitioner that was assigned to me and subsequent rescheduling and substitute doctors etc. But those issues only showed me How much better it is to have a network of practitioners that conduct appointments by zoom such that if your particular main practitioner has some issue, The clinical team will help you with keeping your sub prescription filled in the meantime to cover the gap and also they will assign you a temporary substitute practitioner to see until your main practitioner is back on track. And as a elder millennial, I very much appreciate that all of this can be done via text so you can ask for help when it’s convenient for you and then read incoming messages also when it’s convenient for you— unLike many other Situations regarding medicine where you have to wait around and make the right phone call to the right person at the right time and plan to have a large chunk of your time taken up making sure that those phone calls take place. So all in all it’s a great service and worth the price !

I love Ophelia! My experience with them has been amazing! The clinicians are caring and they really listen to all of your concerns and are very sympathetic. Without me even saying anything…..she could tell I was having trouble with a few things. She asked the right questions and we came together for a great treatment plan that is now working for me.
