It's convenient seeing ur Dr online it makes recovery so much more independent and hassle free! In person meetings never worked for me I HATED them bc I suffer with anxiety and I hate being around a lot of ppl so I would relapse plus u meet other ppl that really aren't any good sometimes as well. Im so grateful for this service in my life in my recovery journey. I love my Dr it's so easy and convenient to get ahold of them if u need to contact ur Dr or team. What are u waiting for?! If ur stuck in a low crappy situation struggling with ur addiction and have no money or health insurance apply for health insurance through ur welfare office you'll be approved, idk all the states Ophelia accepts Medicare for but u can check ahead of time 🙏💖 it's such an easy and convenient way to the road to recovery!!

I have almost 7 years sober with the assistance of Suboxone. With that being said it's hard as a working single mother to have to go to the Dr. every month, especially since I have no form of transportation where I live, so it's very convenient and easy to pick up my phone and do my appointment that way. Even with the convenience of being on the phone my Dr still makes sure I'm successful in my recovery nd communicates with my other Dr as needed and with my permission. They really make my life and recovery journey much easier.

Who would have thought it was this easy!?! I've had complete privacy in my own home to deal with my addiction in a way I feel is best and needed. No more forced groups, IOP, 12 step meetings- just one Zoom visit a week with my counselor. There's absolutely no condescension; she always is friendly, approachable, can answer all my questions. My medication is directly sent to my pharmacy. I take them as prescribed or if I feel I need one. I like that: having the responsibility of my own medication. No more running to the clinic first thing to get dosed. No more lockboxes. No more arranged transportation with missed pick ups. No more having to schedule my life around what others tell me I HAVE to do to succeed. I've been trying for 3 years to get clean. Every clinic I've been to is so strict, there's no leeway for simple mistakes that are simply human nature. 3 clinics in three years and every one I walked away from for not acknowledging that I am a 55 year old woman who accepts full responsibility for my actions. All I felt was cookie cuttered and judgement. If I need mental health help, that's available at Ophelia, also. Ophelia takes most insurances , including Medicare and Medicaid, and the application process is super easy. If you're serious about your health and sobriety, there's no better place than Ophelia! Yes, there's an Intake interview via phone. If you miss an appointment there's a small fee- BUT Ophelia sends plenty of texts as reminders and just to check on you. You're not forced to respond, unless it's confirming your upcoming counseling session. Look, I know me best. I want to live sober and clean, on MY terms. At MY pace. Most of all, I enjoy total anonymity. It took me only two weeks to detox and be drug free, with the assistance of prescribed comfort meds. I'm at my sixth week, still clean, with only one urge, which was taken care of with a Suboxone and a Clonidine. Two weeks! Private, at home treatment! Please, please at least try this program.
