Are you eligible?
People who use opioids regularly and want to stop using are often eligible for telehealth OUD treatment and medication, as long as they don’t require a higher level of acute medical or psychiatric care. A licensed clinician determines eligibility during the initial video appointment.
Is Ophelia available where you live?
As of August, 2026, Ophelia is currently licensed in 15 states. If we operate where you live, contact our enrollment team to confirm coverage. We can help you understand your options if you’re outside our service area.
How much does treatment cost?
Most insured patients pay less than $10 a month for treatment. This includes telehealth clinician visits, medication management, and ongoing support. Medication costs depend on insurance.

How quickly can I meet a clinician?

Many commercial insurance plans cover telehealth treatment, as well as Medicaid and Medicare. Coverage varies.
