This place has saved my life. I don’t know where I would be right now if I never gave this place a chance. As of Friday I will be 7 months clean. I don’t throw around words like phenomenal, lifesaving, or life-changing, but when I think about how profoundly my life has changed in 2 months, those are the ones that come to mind when asked about Ophelia. Opioids had me in a vice grip and I began doing things I never dreamed (like spending every dime that wasn’t necessary to live on obtaining them) “someone like me” would ever do. I don’t remember exactly how I found Ophelia, but the universe made sure I did. After months of agonizing over just how much of a total mess my life had become, but feeling powerless and terrified and unable to stop using, I finally set up a welcome call and began the process of taking steps to get the help I desperately needed. Everyone at this company with whom I’ve had any contact has been a pleasure. They’re caring and compassionate people, not phony or fake, who genuinely want to help those with OUD any way they can. Christine Tucker, NP is absolutely wonderful and has gone above & beyond for me since our first meeting (due to an initial medication issue, she contacted my PCP per my request and worked with him in order to enable me to be eligible for treatment). She is one of the nicest, smartest, and most empathetic people I’ve ever met. Additionally, the ease of use and functionality of the web-based patient portal is also impressive. It’s easy to navigate, intuitively designed, and runs beautifully. There is a wealth of information in both its knowledge base and blog(s). Communication with care coordinators is consistently excellent. When they tell you they’re going to check on your question/request/etc, they do so. I’ve never experienced this level of ‘customer service’ with any company, online or other. Why the DEA continues to place such tight controls on buprenorphine (Suboxone) is a mystery. This medication could already have saved more lives than I want to think about. Requiring a physician to have an X-waiver in order to prescribe Suboxone, after more than 20 years of proven results, is not only cruel but flies in the face of those vowing to end the opioid crisis. I’m beyond grateful Ophelia exists. They’ve not only rescued me physically and mentally, but restored my faith in humanity. After numbing myself for over three years, I’m able to look at the world and think about life in a completely new and positive way.

Well let me see they are so easy to get in touch at desperate times with a truly carrying support group looking forward to not taking a bus in the cold winter days even with the so easy convenience they are still very professional and take care off business in a satisfactory way .if there was something to complain about it would be there reminders about confirming and cancelling in a narrow time but they will wave it for the first time .the best part is the doctor is so nice and cares .

They saved my life... I'm able to work again and take care of my children better I'm the mom they deserve now thanks to Ophelia they are more than accommodating and helpful they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and healthy and I feel cared about instead of being treated like a loser who can't get my life together. My doctor's prescribed the medication i became dependent on after my horrible car accident and multiple surgeries and then after two yrs they cut me off cold turkey.. I wasn't able to function anymore my life was falling apart and I was losing everything until I found Ophelia they even helped me get the proper insurance so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. One of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had. I ran into one issue that was mostly my fault after switching pills I texted the number that schedules and confirms appointments, and a PA actually got in touch with me, Chad. And after they helped correct the problem. I’m sure others can attest to this but whenever there’s an issue in a traditional clinic, I’ve never received the understanding and urgency to help me out.

This experience with Ophelia is by far the easiest and comfortable treatment...My provider Christopher is great..asks how I'm doing and I feel is genuinely sincere..never have I felt like they were judgemental.....ease and convenience superb...10/10...highly recommend..
