Ophelia, reminds me of the old days we're people actually cared about the fellow man. I can't think of anything to complain about it seems like there available 24/7 and if you have a problem and they can solve it consider it taken care of and the only words I can think of for the doctor is I wish he could be my primary I never knew a doctor that actually cares like he does out of 1 to 10 I give them a 10 plus.they go above and beyond there duty as a program.

Ophelia has been great! I work 7 days a week so I don't have a lot of time to make appointments that I have to leave work for. So having these appointments over zoom has really worked for my schedule. All of the staff have been very kind and helpful. If there's something that needs immediate attention I have always got a response in a reasonable amount of time. Karissa has been wonderful. She works with my schedule and it helps a lot being able to talk to her about things going on in my life. So my overall experience has been wonderful.

Very very convenient, understanding, caring, concerned, organized,and supporting! It was a little rough at the beginning trying to wait long enough on using before I started my meds, unfortunately I made myself very very sick trying to transfer myself from opioids to subs and finally just jumped in with both feet and admitted myself to a detox facility and did it that way. Long story short, Ophelia is fantastic and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for everything!!!

After completing long term treatment , being a new mom and working a full time job . I was really worried as to how I was going to find that support and continue with my MAT while working long hours in healthcare being mom and making time for my recovery. I decided to give Ophelia a shot and it’s the best decision, it’s perfect for people that have a bit of long hours I do evening appointments they are so friendly !! The staff is always communicating with you , listens to your needs , you are consistently drug tested at different levels depending on progress.
