This place is wonderful. i have like a whole crew of providers who feel more like friends. I feel when we schedule the next meeting with someone else, and find we wont see eachother for a few months, me and everyone I have been scheduled with so far, all do a Lil "aww man" . The behind the scenes staff are equally great with promptly relaying messages, passing on instructions and answering questions, even afterhours.

So happy I found Ophelia. Staff is caring, supportive and professional. They are quick to help with any problems you might have. I’m Adding to this review several months after original post. I can’t stress how supportive and caring the folks at Ophelia are. I had an issue today picking up meds and within an hour the staff had solved the problem and I was able to pick up my medication. The anxiety that happens when you go to the pharmacy and your prescription isn’t there is overwhelming. Knowing that the staff at Ophelia will help me navigate these situations is priceless to me. Thank you so very much to all the staff- you all are saving lives.

Without Ophelia, I have no idea where my life would be right now. Probably in a ditch or in jail. But, since day 1, I was met with patience and understanding. Ophelia and Emily Way have saved my life. Emily stuck with me and never judged never questioned me about wanting to get off the street drugs. It took many attempts for me to get in the suboxone and Emily never gave up and she gave me the help and strength to do it. I am forever grateful for Ophelia and Emily. What I really love about it is being able to see her in the comfort of my home. And my insurance pays for it all. Besides a 1$ copay for the prescription. Thank you Emily and Ophelia for sticking by me.

I was alittle skeptical at first being telehealth n controlled substance. I saw a Doctor for 2 years in person...they dropped me like a bad habit because they assumed because I misplaced some of them that I was either selling them or taking more of them...I was going 2 years straight with no problems...the first problem I have they assume the worst..I felt like a victim I didn't know what to do...I found Ophelia and they were able to get me started again. It was alittle nerve wrecking in the beginning because I had to see them like every 2 weeks n I could only get a 2 week script but that was there treatment plan...they can't just give anybody this stuff. You gotta be willing to do the right thing. It Def has saved my marriage...as long as you keep doing what they say, you can work your way up to monthly...I like how they accept insurance too.A ++++++

For me personally, Ophilia has been the best thing since I got sober. I used to pay $170 a month to go to a pain management clinic where I literally saw a doctor once every three months. There was no support outside of your appointment times and if you had a problem, they were only open three days a week from 8 to 12. With Ophilia they’re texting option is amazing. I always get a response from a live person and have had zero trouble contacting them when I needed to and of course they take my insurance which makes them 10 stars in my eyes.

The simplicity of this program is undoubtedly the reason it is saving lives. We all have busy lives and the Ophelia staff gets it. My care team, once again, worked wonders when I traveled out of state and needed help. They did everything they possibly could in order to make sure I was okay and my first family vacation in a decade was not ruined. This is the most understanding, caring, non-judgmental, reliable, and realistic program I’ve ever been in. And trust me there’s been plenty. Thanks to everyone at Ophelia for giving me my life back.
