I have nothing but great things to say about ophelia. At first i was skeptical about using this type of online service. My thoughts were "yeah i bet this is just great another treatment center that care's nothing for their patients. Probably just in it for the money." I could not have been more wrong. Now I'm not saying it has been all peaches and cream. I had a very frustrating period for a little over a month. I assumed the staff didn't really care and was just collecting paychecks. I abruptly stop receiving my medication and i was looking for someone to blame. I say this because the doctors, nurses, all the staff went out of their way to contact me and talk and work with me to find a solution to my problem. Looking back i spoke to them rather harshly and I apologize for my behavior. All the staff i dealt with have been extremely helpful and beneficial to my recovery. I would especially like to say thank you to Christine and Krysten. In my opinion you are amazing.

Dr Susan and Dr Laura have really changed my life with all they have done for me. I don't have enough good things to say about Ophelia and the Drs who are there. I was very literally I the worst possible situation in my life and without the help I got I don't believe I would be alive today. If you were thinking of commiting to quit then think no more, Ophelia is exactly what you want.

Absolutely love the convenience Ophelia gives a single Mom working 2 jobs (one full time, one part time) trying to do right and be sober for her children! Going to a clinic isn't an option due to work schedules and well life in general. I have referred a handful of people and watched as their health / mental improve in beautiful ways. The clinicians are none judgemental and treat you as epuals. Ophelia is life changing! I can't find a negative quality.. totally recommend!

Ophelia will pair you with a Physician that you are comfortable with. The providers actually listen, treat you as a human being in a whole sense and actually care. They are not 4 or 5 minutes and on their way to the next client. They take time in your important recovery process and success. Its worth every penny, easy to maintain on your schedule and I am just happy about my experience so far that i think everyone should just skip the doctor's office, the waiting areas the drive and get the help needed with quality care from the comfort of your home, work or anywhere there is internet. If you're serious about getting clean and living a much better life then you definitely need to call !!!! The entire staff is absolutely amazing!!! They are there 24/7 if you need them.
