I was hesitant to call but so glad I did it changed my life overnight I talked to a doctor over zoom not only did he truly care about helping me I've been on the with them for over a month now and I would recommend this to anybody that's what's real help

I've been with Ophelia for a lil over 7 months now and Everything about them is beyond 5 star, It's nice to finally have people that care about you as an individual to get you thru addiction and keep your addiction in the past. Visits never feel rushed like some doctors. Ms. Way is by far one of the best professionals I have ever come across in the health field. Such an easy process compared to the doctors office. The doctors are very nice and understanding and compassionate. The urines they send to your house and you go and do it come back and show the doctor on the phone what the label is reading. It’s super easy. Especially for me with my busy schedule

My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner. It frees up so much time not having to go to a physical location every month. They are super helpful.

There is so much I want to say about Ophelia but I'd have to write at least a shirt story so I'll do my best to keep it to the basics. I was seeing a Dr. for MAT, had been with him for some time when at a visit in mid may he informed me he was closing practice and moving to FL effectively June 6th. I was stunned, this Dr. is 1 who's always talkative about his life etc and not once did he say a word about a desire to leave but leave he did and when asked for a name of another provider all patients were given the same name. This Dr. was nice but she won't treat anyone who is on anything other than suboxone which left most of us with no one as many were on other meds as well. My recovery is a huge part of my life, without it I'd lose everything else so it's pretty much paramount. I called many supposed MAT providers only to be told they don't prescribe that, not taking new patients etc. I was on Facebook 1 day when I saw a post for Ophelia, I filled out the info and was contacted within 24 hours, I had my 1st appointment within days. I was terrified because I wasn't interested in having everything changed and my world flipped upside down nor did I want to be treated like some addict looking for meds. But I logged into the zoom meeting and cried my eyes out when it was done! I cried with relief because the Dr. was so nice, caring, listened and didn't want to upend everything. Also the convenience of it being online was amazing, I take care of my 93yr old grandmother who has dementia while trying to work full time from home so that was such a huge bonus. I've had nothing but an amazing experience with Ophelia, there are not enough words to express my gratitude. I wish I'd known about them long ago. I can only say if anyone is considering taking this leap please go ahead and try it, you won't regret it! THANK YOU OPHELIA, YOU'VE TRULY CHANGED MY LIFE!

I was in with a doctor who over prescribed then fled the country for insurance fraud. Waiting list after waiting list then I found ophelia i had my prescription the next day.
