I relapsed after 16 years clean back in 2017. I've been struggling to get clean since my relapse. I feel hope dealing with the clinicians at Ophelia. I didn't get it right the first time and they were very understanding.and willing to help any way they could. I understand the difference between "clean clean" and "clean with help". I would love to be "clean clean", but that is not a reality for me at this moment. I've never dealt with clinicians so understanding before. I had trouble making appointments to doctors offices and ran into alot of problems because of that. Working with Ophelia gives me hope with my recovery journey. I strongly recommend this program, especially for people like myself that have trouble transitioning to complete abstinence. For the first time in years I can visualize myself having a promising future.

Ben with Ophelia almost a year I believe and I truly have nothing but positive feedback. For me Ophelia get 5 stars across the board, but I’m especially impressed that they have a compassionate, caring, and capable staff that seem largely driven by a real passion for recovery. They are bringing sobriety and recovery to underserved populations and others alike and I commend them!! Also was so impressed to learn they accept Medicaid even though I could almost guarantee you that they get paid significantly less by Medicaid insurers than private insurance but that did not cause them to limit the clientele.
