If I could give a zero stars I would! It takes days for them to return messages! They do NOT listen if you loose your insurance and need to cancel then you end up owing 390.00 for 2 months of NOTHING, not seeing a doc not a script! No help when you are suffering your worst! I will be looking into them for insurance fraud.

This is the best service offered online, I did not think it was possible to do recovery from the comfort of your home until Ophelia I was scrolling YouTube one day and came across an AD and I was at a low point in my life , so I said to myself let's give this a try so I signed up , within days I seen a DR. And was on my road to recovery!! I have no form of transportation so I never would have been able to start my recovery without this service. If your thinking about recovery I would HIGHLY recommend Ophelia they are awesome and the support I receive is great! Very easy and simple to do your appointments from the comfort of you home. No need to wait in lines ! Never had any issues get my medication either it's always ready for pickup the same day! I love how easy it is to use Ophelia. I also love that they take insurance and are friendly and non judgemental. You can get help with all types of addiction including tobacco use. I couldn't recommend them enough, especially for people like me with major anxiety going in public to doctors offices.

Save me from doing some really stupid stuff I've been with them for 8 months now and I mean $200 a month is a little pricey for a doctors especially one that my insurance won't cover but that's my own fault other than that the place is amazing and the staff is always really helpful I'm selling with the tech support I have nothing but great things to say about everyone there thank you everyone for always being there for us

This has been a great experience and very easy setup and the doctor that I see we speak on a personal level and she's really great and tells me exactly what I need to hear and doesn't beat around the bush and I like that I would recommend to feel you to anybody out there that is struggling and tired of the relapse and just doesn't want to die from being poisoned by the things that are out there I've seen too many of my friends die and I want to live again I give it five stars Ophelia thanks again for all your help.

I can truly say that Ophelia Health is amazingly wonderful!! What makes them so wonderful is the services that they can provide to fit the needs of anyone on any level. But for that to work takes a staff who are all trained and are passionate about what they do at Ophelia. I would give this place as many stars as I could this place has helped me in so many ways matt was a great counselor to start off then I was switched to Dana and she has helped me so much I'm so thankful I got to experience a group of people who don't judge us from being what we are but look at us like people I've never felt judged or overwhelmed and when my brain starts getting ahead of my self my counselor knows how to bring me back this group I'm s a life saver

Love my counselor Ashley very helpful able to work with my schedule with ease! So much better than driving to the sub Dr every freggin month. In a full waiting room with providers that on weekends were usually running late making my visit sometimes an hour +. So I happy I made the switch to virtual.

It works with my schedule. You can do it in the comfort of ur home n don't even have to leave the house. I've got 4 kids so this one is especially important. Everyone I've come in contact with has been super helpful super. Nice . I was doing quick md paying 100 $ a month. But this is free I get exactly what I need. The quality of the quantity I want . It's perfect in every way.

Ophelia is an amazing program and is easy to get signed up and start feeling better ASAP. From the day I filled out the quick online form, til the day I was seen and received my prescription was 2 days! I love what they are doing for people. It's so hard with the stigma around opioid addiction to try to get help without jumping through hoops or feeling judged and embarrassed. It shouldn't be that way. We are ill and need medical care just like any other person with any other illness. I really thought that this was going to be some type of scam or that if it was real, my insurance wouldn't be accepted and that it would be a waste of time. I was so wrong and I am so glad I took the jump and just tried it. I've been getting my medications for 3 months now and it couldn't be any easier. This program is a true life saver for me and I know they will save many more!! I am so glad I found them and tried it.

This place is wonderful. i have like a whole crew of providers who feel more like friends. I feel when we schedule the next meeting with someone else, and find we wont see eachother for a few months, me and everyone I have been scheduled with so far, all do a Lil "aww man" . The behind the scenes staff are equally great with promptly relaying messages, passing on instructions and answering questions, even afterhours.
