I had been a 20 year user when I was first prescribed them for chronic back pain back in the early 2000s.. I managed to maintain my dependency for a long time untill eventually the addiction took over and I quickly started seeking stronger and stronger opiates until I found myself buying fentanyl on the streets.. at this point I was out of control, not able to pay my bills or buy food.. I would sell my belongings, borrow money from anyone I could. I also stopped caring for myself physically and started to lose teeth.. I was on a path to losing everything; my relationships, my job, my home, my car.. I knew id eventually be alone and on the street if I didn't get help. And then one day, I found Ophelia. They stuck with me through a year of struggling with relapse and didn't give up on me. Thank God. As I got more and more months clean under my belt I started therapy and dentist appointments And as of this morning I can say that I'm officially one year clean and in "stable remission". Wasn't sure if I was doing the right thing at first, but I was secretive and embarrassed & in desperate need of help. Absolutely super glad I moved forward, even after reading the one or two negative reviews ( positives out did the negative by a long shot) I'm now healthy opioid free, with know cravings at all. My NP/ Therapist is super pleasant and gentle when handling me, I trust and depend on her and she's available. Customer service is available when needed and 💯 customer/ client/ patient friendly. OPHELIA SAVED MY LIFE. Because of them I'm am not addicted to ANYTHING, and I feel great. ( WHO NEW). People are different don't read the negative post, from those that had a bad experience. Well let me see they are so easy to get in touch at desperate times with a truly carrying support group looking forward to not taking a bus in the cold winter days even with the so easy convenience they are still very professional and take care off business in a satisfactory way .if there was something to complain about it would be there reminders about confirming and cancelling in a narrow time but they will wave it for the first time .the best part is the doctor is so nice and cares .

This program is a lifesaver to every and any REAL human being that has a schedule like everyone else. Everyone who's affiliated with Ophelia are very helpful and caring. The process is not exhausting trying to find and send any information to them so you're able to get started. Not technically difficult or confusing and if any issue comes up there is always someone who is going to fix your issue and quicker than anyone, even than a doctor's office. My dr is so knowledgeable about much more than what I’m seeing him for. I genuinely feel that my dr and his assistant care about me. I don’t feel judged and I LOVE that I don’t have to go into a dr’s office, where I have to worry about people seeing me or taking time off work. It’s so convenient and so much better than going into the dr’s office (especially if you worry about stuff like germs)!

Ophelia is a phenomenal program for those who are ready to beat their addiction. The clinicians go above and beyond just writing prescriptions. With their help and guidance I was able to find the underlying reasons for my substance abuse (ex. Untreated or under treated depression, PTSD, and ADHD.). They give you articles and videos as homework for what they believe is a possible condition that you might be suffering from. That gave me the knowledge I needed to start my path with a psychiatrist. I am not saying everyone who has an addiction has psychiatric needs. I am just one person and everyone is different. I am just saying that what I have learned through the process of the program has put me on the right path to recovery and a much better quality of life. On the downside, I wish it was more affordable or my insurance covered the cost. Upside, Ophelia will work with you as much as they can financially. Can’t really put a price on my sanity. Thank you Ophelia for helping me find my way back to living.

I use to hate going into the doctors office and talking to a complete stranger. Recovery works in different ways for each person. I'm the type that I know how I got were I was and a room full of strangers ain't going to stop me from going and getting high.
