They are great. I’ve had a few issues with getting my medication sent in and that’s been a little annoying but other than that it’s amazing. Also the downside is the appointment, they keep rescheduling every appointment I have and I don’t understand why I’ve never missed an appointment and always make my payments and they rescheduled to a date or time way past the time I should be getting my medication. Something has to be done about this, I understand an appointment move here or there but all the time is a little ridiculous. Other than that the doctors are amazing people but playing with people’s schedules is not good.

This place is top notch, I’ve been to other drs/places like this and was treated let’s say not so politely but here they actually treat you like a real person. They are very helpful and caring about you and want to help you to start feeling better. I’d 100 percent recommend them.

I wasn’t going to leave a review because I was embarrassed! I’m a nurse, wife, and MOM (of 5) BUT..if I can change someone’s outlook on getting clean for whatever the reason may be..Then there’s nothing embarrassing about that! I have been with Ophelia for over a year, and I can honestly say they have saved my life. They’ve made me..ME again. The person my family deserves, who I deserve. From the person that answers your messages and helps with questions or scheduling/rescheduling to the NP themselves. They truly care, and they HELP! They NEVER make you feel any less about yourself and help you with coping. You get your NP and they’re your person. No flip flopping with different people each time. And from the comfort of your own home!! How much easier can it get? I was turned away so many times from other treatments for not being able to pay, but Ophelia worked with me and also accepts insurance. I absolutely love ophelia they work with you instead of against you I absolutely love love love my doctor Nellie!! She listens to me and makes sure I am taken care of. This is how it should be! And they do a very great job making sure their patients are happy! I don't have enough good words to say about ophelia health! I just wish I did this sooner because I am so comfortable here I have never been comfortable anywhere and they don't judge you or speak down on you they are for your recovery! So far everything is going so well. So well in fact, I keep waiting for the small print to show up. How can u have on-line Drs that really care, really want to help, more so than when I attended physical appts. It just is. I am just upset that I didn't find OPHELIA MUCH MUCH earlier. UPDATE: I've been with OPHELIA for a little over a few months now and I have to say, I am really liking it. The more familiar I get with my Dr & Drs assistant, it makes things go better. They make u feel important and that helps. In fact yest I had something that needed prompt attention and without a missed step, they handled it for me. Something u rarely get from an office setting. Still happily happy that I found OPHELIA.

The reason that I enjoy using Ophelia is how ez it is to get the help I need , Also the great team. This is a great program and it blew the other programs that I have attended out of the atmosphere. They take care of so much for you. So all you need to do is talk on the phone and who doesn't like to talk on the phone with everything going on with gas prices and whatnot. Best place ever to go to if your wanting to get help to fight addiction, get clean & stay clean! They are very caring as well as supportive all the way the best thing is you dont have to go to an office or clinic and sit for hours they do virtual visits that last for a few minutes which really helps if you don't like sitting & waiting to see a Dr i Looooooove it! 💜💛💜 Thanks Ophelia for all you've done for me throughout my recovery you have definitely saved me🙂
