I absolutely love this company. The program works with my schedule as far as appointments and those only last about 5 minutes. My doctor is great too, he cares about how I’m feeling and if I’m not feeling good he makes sure that he does whatever he can to get me that way. I also am able to finance my program cost as I do not have insurance. Already have been and will definitely continue to recommend to anyone that’s seeking opiate treatment.

Great experience with Ophelia. The 2 stars is due to the fact they started and then for no apparent reason are ending their peer counseling program which has been a tremendous help. Very disappointing that they would end a program that is so popular and in my case overwhelmingly helpful, and in doing so they are losing one of the best coaches in the country. Ophelia, you have an opportunity to forge something incredible but this decision and the abruptness of it is damaging. The lack of sound reason and the disregard for the effect this move has on clients is also damaging, especially when it appears to be profit driven.

Highly recommend! I've been to multiple Suboxone doctors in the past and never had an experience like I do with Ophelia. Charlie and Mena are the best! They truly care about your recovery and are NOT just trying to make money like all the other doctors I have gone too.

This has absolutely been one of the greatest decisions I’ve made in a long time!! They make you feel safe and comfortable! They don’t treat you like you’re disgusting or just another junkie. This program is saving lives! Everyone is very supportive and they genuinely care about our recovery and actually treat you like a human being! I love the flexibility of their appointment times! I’ve had appointments as early as 8am and as late at 7pm, it’s great, especially for someone who has a busy schedule… Honestly I would still be in active addiction if I wouldn’t have found this program!!

This organization is amazing. If you are struggling with opiate use and want to get off of them, call Ophelia. The process with them is simple and easy. They are available 24/7 and someone always texts you back. The doctors are knowledgeable and very helpful. This is convenient because you don't have to go anywhere and can have your appointments at home on a phone or computer. I'm thankful for Ophelia!

Ophelia has been great. So much more convenient over the alternative clinique. Best part is they accept my insurance and that alone saves me $2500 a year. Not having to pay $200 outa pocket just to see the Dr. Not counting time I had to take off from work to go see the Dr. and fuel cost driving to see the Dr... Ophelia is 15 mins zoom call quick and easy. If you ask me. Anyone on a suboxone program would be stupid to not at bare minimum look into Ophelia and what they have to offer. Promise you will not be disappointed

They are really great. Always someone to talk to if you have any issues with anything. Definitely fast service. If you need help now, call them. So much better than going to a doctor in person and jumping through hoops to get the help you need.
