Very very convenient, understanding, caring, concerned, organized,and supporting! It was a little rough at the beginning trying to wait long enough on using before I started my meds, unfortunately I made myself very very sick trying to transfer myself from opioids to subs and finally just jumped in with both feet and admitted myself to a detox facility and did it that way. Long story short, Ophelia is fantastic and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for everything!!!

After completing long term treatment , being a new mom and working a full time job . I was really worried as to how I was going to find that support and continue with my MAT while working long hours in healthcare being mom and making time for my recovery. I decided to give Ophelia a shot and it’s the best decision, it’s perfect for people that have a bit of long hours I do evening appointments they are so friendly !! The staff is always communicating with you , listens to your needs , you are consistently drug tested at different levels depending on progress. It’s a wonderful system and program they have going and I couldn’t be more grateful . This place has saved my life. I don’t know where I would be right now if I never gave this place a chance. As of Friday I will be 7 months clean. I don’t throw around words like phenomenal, lifesaving, or life-changing, but when I think about how profoundly my life has changed in 2 months, those are the ones that come to mind when asked about Ophelia. Opioids had me in a vice grip and I began doing things I never dreamed (like spending every dime that wasn’t necessary to live on obtaining them) “someone like me” would ever do. I don’t remember exactly how I found Ophelia, but the universe made sure I did. After months of agonizing over just how much of a total mess my life had become, but feeling powerless and terrified and unable to stop using, I finally set up a welcome call and began the process of taking steps to get the help I desperately needed. Everyone at this company with whom I’ve had any contact has been a pleasure. They’re caring and compassionate people, not phony or fake, who genuinely want to help those with OUD any way they can. Christine Tucker, NP is absolutely wonderful and has gone above & beyond for me since our first meeting (due to an initial medication issue, she contacted my PCP per my request and worked with him in order to enable me to be eligible for treatment). She is one of the nicest, smartest, and most empathetic people I’ve ever met. Additionally, the ease of use and functionality of the web-based patient portal is also impressive. It’s easy to navigate, intuitively designed, and runs beautifully. There is a wealth of information in both its knowledge base and blog(s). Communication with care coordinators is consistently excellent. When they tell you they’re going to check on your question/request/etc, they do so. I’ve never experienced this level of ‘customer service’ with any company, online or other. Why the DEA continues to place such tight controls on buprenorphine (Suboxone) is a mystery. This medication could already have saved more lives than I want to think about. Requiring a physician to have an X-waiver in order to prescribe Suboxone, after more than 20 years of proven results, is not only cruel but flies in the face of those vowing to end the opioid crisis. I’m beyond grateful Ophelia exists. They’ve not only rescued me physically and mentally, but restored my faith in humanity. After numbing myself for over three years, I’m able to look at the world and think about life in a completely new and positive way.

Everything is going great so far! This is my 2nd month using Ophelia. All the nurse practitioners are so nice and really do a good job taking care of you. The support team does a great job too. They always reply to messages quickly and get everything settled right away.
