They are available 24/7 and someone always texts you back. The doctors are knowledgeable and very helpful. We first thought this was a scam, truly believed that getting help wouldn’t be this simple but it was. I needed help after struggling with opiates and fentanyl and Ophelia’s clinician team was there instantly. My intake happened 48 hrs after I first reached out and they have been with me since. When it comes to getting you in the program Ophelia is amazing super fast easy and the most convenient thing out there!! BUT when it comes to helping you, get authorization or when You have a issue the "care coordinators" are useless.... Every month I have a issue getting my meds or it takes DAYS to get them cuz they take there time getting the "prior authorization". And well let's be honest with out these meds it can bring you back to what your trying to get away from. Once they sort out there "customer service" or lack there of, and figure out the insurance issues, place would be the best option when trying to get the medicine needed for bettering your life. I do recommend them above all others. Every place has there issues.

The ophelia program has been an absolute life changing experience for me. I was put on pain killers and was on them for years and years, and have had so many, so so so many problems due to being on them, and by contacting ophelia and gettin the help I need from them, has made my life better in all areas of my daily life. The fact that I don't have to leave my home to been seen by my dr is one of the most comforting parts of the whole program.
