After going having extra difficulties finding a Dr who i felt comfortable with, a friend refered me to Ophelia for my MAT help. The sign up process was extremely simple with 0 complications. After meeting with Dr Christopher he made me feel extremely comfortable and has yet to let me down. He validates my feelings and i dont feel like a burden. If i need to communicate with Ophelia all i have to do is text the number they provided me and within 10 minutes i have a response. I have never been cared for and treated with sincere care and respect from any place who deals w/ issues re: substance. 1time I was not cov . By ins. as a retired State of Conn DDS emp.of 25 yrs. St. Of Ct ERRORS ( shocker) not only dropped my ins I PAY THEM FOR THEY ALSO MIS calc.mypension from 2016-2022 &’cont. to hold me accountable for life altering errors made by St of Ct made of 36-38 grand (every letter I got AFTER I a $87.00 chk for month as single mom & no relapse thx to Ophelia. So next the STATE OF CT /DDS w/ my Health ins. “ACCIDENTALLY” causing me to lose everything almost , traumas /life altering losses Im ok. B/c of Ophelia supports My exp, & I know of others 98%of behavioral/mental health or substance use/abuse treatment programs don’t give a S h !T about the human w/o $$$ BEING what they truly care about is the $$$. IVE heard/seen on visits horrific, filthy, deceptive treatment prog & witnessed one my ex husband went to. I’m grateful for knowing as much as I do bcus it’s overwhelming shock OPHELIA I NEVER KNEW IT WOULD CHANGE my distrust and hatred towards all prog. ESP big pharma pushed programs. Ophelia has been a game changer. It’s not only that my personal Aprn /Dr Nellie Is non judgmental, caring, trustworthy and most knowledgeable & helpful I’ve ever met and have had the privilege of working with her , but this special & SPECIFIC COMPANY is THE ONLY PROGRAM THAT HELPED ME W respect and true support. Going above and beyond to help me find help w drs/therapists for some challenges I deal with and have had over 30 yrs. MIND YOU THEY WERE IN CONTACT VIA TEXT /phone every day almost and not receiving a dime as the State of Ct DDS had /has destroyed so much w regards to their HUGE ERRORS IM BEING HELD accountable for and have to sell my home as well as ruined any credit I had been working diligently to repair after a domestically violent then a stalkers assault /break in causing this most traumatizing 15 years. I do not trust most in the medical field as my dad was also murdered by Nurse /Serial killer Kristen Gilbert in June 8 93 ON MY BDAY AND OF COURSE the government causing big pharma to educate Drs and murder countless w them starting epidemics which worsen to our most vulnerable and targeted populations. But it’s trickled into every class , race and gender. Ophelia however saved me and I am w out a sliver of doubt they are saving as many as they can and the most astonishing/admirable thing is it’s NOT ABOUT JUST THE MONEY. OBVIOUSLY they can’t do this free as it would collapse but big pharma and the government needs to financially assist programs like Ophelia ( although I’d be hard pressed to junk there are many of any as empathetic and dedicated to helping others as Ophelia has ). If you need a program and are a single dad / mom ESP and need to work, care for kids or frankly just want quality care w/ out a doubt I would recommend Ophelia. My kids are my life… I trust no one w them.. if ever they ( ages 19$22) found themselves overusing an opiate as I had w Vicodin for years after prescribed and on my entire family’s life I had zero clue about opiates as they just were not around when I grew up I would w/ out a sliver of mistrust or fear ensure they went to Ophelia. Idc if a 5 star resort type place by the sea was right next to us - Free or w insurance. 110 % my almost 1.5-2 yrs of exp. I’d choose Ophelia and they would as well bcus they know my struggles. I have an adopted special needs man who lived w me the past 25 years. He was getting a ton of Vicodin prescribed (& honestly needed as he’s 72 and was riddled w pain arthritis from head to toe and never complained about any ailments so when he did … we all know he’s serious. idk 90-15o Vicodin in your home for yrs & many days he didn’t take all 3. Dr Nellie, OPHELIA staff supports & lack of judgement/Money NOT BEING OPHELIAS ADDICTION, they cont 2 save me from myself and any more programs of big pharm educating vile, $$$ hungry Drs & uncaring prog.
