NEW YORK, April 9, 2025 – Ophelia, a leading provider of evidence-based opioid use disorder (OUD) treatment, today announced a strategic partnership with Spring Health, a complete global mental health solution for employers and health plans. This collaboration brings together two industry leaders to provide comprehensive, integrated care for individuals struggling with opioid addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Through this partnership, Ophelia will serve as a key provider for OUD treatment for Spring Health’s members, offering patients a seamless path to life-saving, judgment-free care via telehealth. In turn, Ophelia patients will gain access to Spring Health’s robust suite of behavioral health services, including therapy and psychiatric support, ensuring a holistic and coordinated approach to treatment.

"Access to high-quality addiction treatment is critical, and we are thrilled to partner with Spring Health to bridge the gap between behavioral health and opioid use disorder treatment," said Zack Gray, CEO of Ophelia. "Together, we are ensuring that more people receive the care they need without stigma, obstacles, or delay."

Research shows that mental health conditions and substance use disorders are deeply interconnected, yet they are often treated in isolation. Individuals with OUD are significantly more likely to experience anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other behavioral health challenges. By bringing these services together under one coordinated care model, Ophelia and Spring Health are making it easier for patients to get the comprehensive, whole-person treatment they need to achieve lasting recovery.

"Our mission is to remove every barrier to mental health and this partnership with Ophelia is a significant step toward that goal," said Sean Bell, GM of New Ventures at Spring Health. "By integrating OUD treatment into our care model, we are providing patients with the specialized support for the addiction care they need when they need it most."
