I can't describe how amazing it's been Since I switched to Ophelia. I thought since its through zoom that it would be very impersonal and I'd just be a number so to speak. But it's nothing like that. I know my doctor and the pa name, they spend time to get to know you and it feels like a support system that truly wants to help you. The tests are easy, the prescriptions are faster than the clinics I've had to drive to. You have to simply be honest, and do the right things to get sober and Ophelia feels like a safety net to keep you on the right path. I've been sober for 5 years now. Most people want to go to a rehab that takes you away from home, which may cause issues with your job, or family, kids because your gone for several months. I got clean and through this system I never missed a day of work, I was able to be will my kids, take care of my home ECT. Which means I didn't have to vanish for months and then come home and be overwhelmed by all the problems at once. As I became sober and chipped away at the problems addiction caused, everyone saw my improvement and I was cable to overcome the impossible. This system saved my life and continues to support me as I move forward. It works, if your reading this you might be in a very bad spot in your life. Ophelia can help you and pull you up from the bottom. I'm a testament of what they can do.

The Ophelia members i have worked with have been amazing. Everyone is always so nice and have been a huge help to me and my recovery. Although the medication has been a huge part of my recovery, i have also been participating in counseling and meetings and it helps tremendously as well. But being able to do a treatment program at home is the best part of it all. The convenience of doing everything from home is awesome. After a car accisent a year and a half ago i was non weight bearing on my right foot for about ten months and underwent many surgeries to fix my foot. Not being able to leave home most of the time and being able to be in a treatment program was a huge blessing and i am truly thankful to all of Ophelia!

My experience has been great very convenient in all aspects!! The doctor is awesome and I love how he takes the time and talk and try to understand without no judging! I’ve had to do a few different clinics and Ophelia has been the best thus far!! They randomly send text messages just to check in and to make sure everything is fine! The experience with this clinic is one I have never had before!!

Amazing!! The process to enroll was so easy and everyone there is SO kind and helpful. They helped me transition onto Suboxone and made sure I was comfortable with everything and answered every question. I can not recommend Ophelia enough. My doctor is amazing and every member of the Ophelia team goes above and beyond to help you get better. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Excellent!!!!! Was using a regular DR. And doing office visits for a couple of years. It was a nightmare. I gave Ophelia a try when I moved to a different state and wow it’s soooo much better. Quick easy and convenient. Wish I did Ophelia from the start. I highly recommend it. Costs the same but no driving no waiting room and they are always available and can easily text someone anytime for help. This is the way to go.

For 19 years I was on narcotics for pain management. The medication was not working anymore. It was hell on my body to quit taking them on my own. As some of you know withdrawal from narcotics takes its toll on you and you feel like you are being ripped apart. I was desperate for someone to help. As I was poking around on the internet I saw a video of a man in active withdrawal. At the end of the it there was a link for Ophelia Health. I had nothing left lose so I reached out to them. By the end of my initial visit with a Dr I had the medication I needed to help me get through the sickness. The people that I spoke to treated me kindly and remain to be a vital part of my recovery. So grateful for this company , they were so vital in my fiancés recovery! After years of a different kind of MAT I found Ophelia and recommended my fiancé try it. He made an appointment and the same day had a prescription called in. The have managed his cravings, helped find the correct dosage, monitor his urine, weekly appointments at first and then that turned into monthly. He has been sober since he started with Ophelia! I really like Ophelia Health, they respond immediately when I have any questions or concerns. When I need my prescription filled if my provider had to cancel because of an emergency, they filled my prescription and I was never without my medication. The place I went to previously I would have had to not only travel almost 250 miles round trip, but if they canceled appointment and I was out of my medication it would have taken them so long to fill and I would be frustrated or they were very horrible to deal with. I really like my provider, keep up the great work ophelia!! I would recommend your health care to others in a heart beat.

My boyfriend and I have been with Ophelia since April and I must say I've been doing really well and have had a great experience with them. I prefer their method. They don't have a one size fits all approach they truly do work to see what's best for you as an individual. I don't have to leave my house for the appointments I don't have to do all sorts of stuff that other places would require you to do. Other people dont have to know and I can do it all at the privacy of my home. I went from revolving my entire life around opiods to having the time, energy and money to be able to do my activities of daily living and be a productive responsible member of society. I just needed help...a chance. Everything about me is different, my house is different, my relationship is different and even my body and face is different. I look so healthy and I'm glowing! This program, the doctors and the nurses have positively impacted my life. There are no down sides. Rather than spending $100s or even thousands on making myself sick it only costs me $195 a month to change my life completely at my own pace. I just want to say that I'm super glad that I found this program. It's super super convenient, the mail the drug test cups right to your house. You have ample support from your care team right at your fingertips. My provider that Ive been seeing Ms. Nicole is so sweet and super patient with the tech issues I keep having. It has just turned out to be a way cheaper option, which is the only reason that I gave 4 stars. They don't aren't in network with any insurances in my state, but it's still cheaper honestly than what I was paying with my high deductible for my office visits, drug screens and the meds at my previous doctor. Not to mention it was 2 hours away so that was a whole day off work once a month and a tank of gas. I highly recommend this program if someone is sick and tired of being sick and tired. Give it a shot!!

My experience from the very moment I inquired about “Ophelia Health “ to almost a patient going on a year with this program has been nothing but the best and I wish this was around years ago because I could have changed my life a lot sooner.
