This service is a life saver . The clinicians are very personable and very caring . Takes the Hassel out of recovery . All while they make you feel cared for , and don't treat you like a criminal, just because you have an addiction. I would definitely recommend this service .

Ophelia has been great since I’ve been with them. This is a new concept of virtual care and I’m so glad I found it! Their text line is so quick at responding at all hours of the night or day. When they say they’ll do something, they mean it. I can’t say that about my prior doctors. Plus it’s just so convenient! You can do your appointment in your car on lunch or a break! Seriously, 5 +++ stars for them!

This program has saved my life! It is user friendly and is wonderful for people who don’t like leaving the house to have to go to their maintenance program. The doctors and everyone who works with Ophelia are very kind and caring people. They’re always available when you have a question or problems and work quickly to find a resolution to it. I would recommend this program to anyone that wants to take the first step to recovery even though it can be scary it’s so worth it in the end. I’ve been on the program with Ophelia for almost a month now, and on the suboxone program itself for almost 3 1/2 years..My experience so far has been awesome. I was really hesitant at first, thinking it’d take forever, or that there’s some catch. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3 to get started. I spoke with my physician and had my prescription within a week of making the first call. My physician is attentive, compassionate, and intuitively supportive. Thank you Ophelia!!

My doctor stopped prescribing my mat.. I've successfully been on the program for 2 years now and when I learned of that I got very scared.. Luckily Ophelia accepted my insurance.. and the sign-up process was very easy and pain free. I have now been a member of Ophelia for over 2 months and everything is going great. My counselor is nice and very personable. I have no complaints.
