Ophelia Health has been absolutely amazing! The sign up and getting started was simple and easy. They talk you through the entire process and they take insurance which makes it more than affordable. They actually call or text you just to check on you to see how your doing in between appointments. The fact that the entire team is there to genuinely help me from my doctor to the billing department is exactly why I keep going! They have made me feel welcome and they treat me as a person not a number. The only regret I have about joining Ophelia is that I didn't start sooner. I will continue to recommend Ophelia to anyone , if your looking for help and want a program curtailed to your needs I strongly recommend this to anyone you will not be disappointed.

I joined Ophelia in the fall of 2021 and my life has been different ever since. I've developed a close relationship with my care provider there and feel like he understands without any judgement. Since starting the treatment I have quit all drugs with the exception of legal cannabis in New York state, I've quit smoking, and I have not touched an alcoholic drink in over a year now. The program works and it can change your life forever. It did mine. I would like to see Ophelia start some support groups, or maybe even a social network for us all to connect. I think communicating our stories is one powerful tool in this crisis

So far so good. Been using the Ophelia telemed appointments for a little over a month now. Any problems that I have had from my RX (prescription) not being called in, to it being called in incorrectly, and other various issues that have ALWAYS been handled with the utmost respect, kindness, concern, and always handled in a timely manner... Plus knowing that I can reach out (within business hours) and recieve a response to any questions, concerns, or just needing someone to talk to about being in recovery give me a piece of mind that I have an entire Care Team working with me on my sobriety. (Completely different than trying to do, and figure everything out alone...) Would defantly recommend anyone that is serious about getting sober to Ophelia Health. ** Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because there's ALWAYS room for improvement, and I've only been using this company for a little over a month.**

So far I've had a amazing experience with Ophelia Health! From the start my old doctors office wasn't answering calls from me or the providers at Ophelia to sort out the transfer of prescriptions or charts. Ophelia called, emailed, and got everything sorted out professionally and courteously. They have helped me in everyday possible and I highly recommend them!!

They are great. I’ve had a few issues with getting my medication sent in and that’s been a little annoying but other than that it’s amazing. Also the downside is the appointment, they keep rescheduling every appointment I have and I don’t understand why I’ve never missed an appointment and always make my payments and they rescheduled to a date or time way past the time I should be getting my medication. Something has to be done about this, I understand an appointment move here or there but all the time is a little ridiculous. Other than that the doctors are amazing people but playing with people’s schedules is not good.

I wasn’t going to leave a review because I was embarrassed! I’m a nurse, wife, and MOM (of 5) BUT..if I can change someone’s outlook on getting clean for whatever the reason may be..Then there’s nothing embarrassing about that! I have been with Ophelia for over a year, and I can honestly say they have saved my life. They’ve made me..ME again. The person my family deserves, who I deserve. From the person that answers your messages and helps with questions or scheduling/rescheduling to the NP themselves. They truly care, and they HELP! They NEVER make you feel any less about yourself and help you with coping. You get your NP and they’re your person. No flip flopping with different people each time. And from the comfort of your own home!! How much easier can it get? I was turned away so many times from other treatments for not being able to pay, but Ophelia worked with me and also accepts insurance.
