We first thought this was a scam, truly believed that getting help wouldn’t be this simple but it was. When it comes to getting you in the program Ophelia is amazing super fast easy and the most convenient thing out there!! BUT when it comes to helping you, get authorization or when You have a issue the "care coordinators" are useless.... Every month I have a issue getting my meds or it takes DAYS to get them cuz they take there time getting the "prior authorization". And well let's be honest with out these meds it can bring you back to what your trying to get away from. Once they sort out there "customer service" or lack there of, and figure out the insurance issues, place would be the best option when trying to get the medicine needed for bettering your life. I do recommend them above all others. Every place has there issues.

The ophelia program has been an absolute life changing experience for me. I was put on pain killers and was on them for years and years, and have had so many, so so so many problems due to being on them, and by contacting ophelia and gettin the help I need from them, has made my life better in all areas of my daily life. The fact that I don't have to leave my home to been seen by my dr is one of the most comforting parts of the whole program. I dont have to worry about how I'm goin to be able to get to and from my appointments, and it doesnt require me having to take time off from work to have ebough time to make it to appointments. The doctor is very professional, as well as understanding, and made it easy to share my issues and be able to get on top of taking care of them quickly and confidently. It's been awesome to have apheilia and to do it front comfort of home. It's been a good journey so far. Apheilia was a life saver for me. I was spending thousands on street when I got apheilia I only had to pay couple dollar co pay.u can take drug test as well from comfort of ur home. I recommend them if u need to fight ur addiction
