Has been super helpful in my recovery and has worked around my hectic schedule. My doctor and the Ophelia team has been wonderful and has help me with anything I need and they have been super flexible with treatment. Nicest people ever to take care of you. Very friendly and listen to what your needs are and no judgement. I have been in their program for four months now and it’s so easy to use. These people at ophelia are the most non judgemental people u have ever met in my life during my addiction. Which is very shocking to me cause when you are dealing with the medical side of addiction they always say they don't judge but that is never the case. THEY ALWAYS JUDGE!!! Which always makes me uncomfortable cause we judge ourselves in addiction everyday and live in shame and guilt. We don't need anyone to make us feel worse. Well at ophelia they 💯 genuinely care about us and do not judge which goes a long way with me. Also I started getting my medication with in 48 hours. It was hard at first but they had my back no matter what. Which I have never had in my life someone has always turned there back at the hardest times. So, Thank you Ophelia 😊 🙏

This place has been an absolute life saver!! I just wish that they would accept my insurance because the monthly fee for the one visit plus the cost of the prescription can be hard to manage sometimes. But other then that I have zero issues with anything. I love the fact that I can do it over a televisit because then I dont have to take off work once a month for an appt.

I’m so happy to have found Ophelia, this program changed my life! In early March (2022), I was searching online for a Suboxone program/ Suboxone doctors close to me. I was having a hard time finding a doctor, local to me, who had any availability, or even taking new patients! I made a couple of in-person appointments with doctors within my area, which were at least a month out from the time of booking the appointment. I had been seeing an advertisement on Facebook for this online Suboxone program (Ophelia), and decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad that I did. I set up the initial phone conference for the very same day. I spoke with Esther, who informed me of how the program worked, the support that they provide, and Ophelia’s mission statement. They communicate via text to remind you of upcoming appointments, and to check-in and see how you are doing. You can also text them with any questions, concerns, issues, etc. and they get back to you- immediately. I was able to schedule my first appointment with Dr. Shani Wilson for the very same week (I had a month long wait for any doctor appointment that I had made in person). I live in a rural area, any doctor appointments I made were at least 30 miles from my home. Ophelia offers professional medical support for those who are looking for freedom from opioid dependence. The program that they have set-up is easy to navigate and also easy to be successful at. Any doctor can prescribe narcotic medication, no special license needed, easy to get addicted to. Not every doctor can prescribe the opiate blocking medication that can help to free you from the grip of these highly addictive narcotics. There are a lot of hoops to jump through trying to find a suboxone doctor who is taking new patients, or even a provider in your area. Ophelia is a program that was created for just that- to make it easy to receive help if you are struggling with opioid dependency. It should be just as easy to get help as it is to get “hooked” in the first place. I am incredibly grateful for this program and that I found it. There is help out there, and Ophelia is leading the way in making that an easily accessible option for anyone who is seeking it.

They are more polite and have better customer service than your doctors office. I promise you won't be disappointed. I was skeptical at first. But my mind was quickly eased by their team. Everything is so simple. Staff is excellent. The only downfall I would say is when I entered the program I was told that I would have to pay out of pocket but only for a little while because they’re a new company and they haven’t started taking insurance yet but they will be soon. So I wasn’t expecting to have to pay out of pocket for almost a year now. And it’s far from affordable.
