I absolutely love Ophelia & I am SO glad I found them! I have been on Suboxone for many years I had just moved back home to NJ and was not approved for insurance yet and ran out of medication so of course I panicked especially because I’m pregnant I wasn’t sure what to do. I found Ophelia and they got me scheduled with Carla for the very next day. I have been part of the program for a little over a month now and I have not one bad thing to say. The team is there to answer any questions and to help you with anything you may need and Carla has been so good she works with me as far as my dose and really is awesome. Best choice I've ever made for myself! They're so sweet and patient with their patients. They treat you like an actual human! Last program I was in...I was always reminded of my horrible past and was once even told "people like me" don't change. Which Was not healthy for my own or anyone's mental health. But NOW, With Ophelia, I'm comfortable with my visits. I actually look forward to my appointments now!!!! I never have issues with my medication, Matter of fact... I had 3 appointments that clashed between my children and my own, had the wrong date down for my own & unfortunately, missed that appt. They were completely understanding & my bridge prescription was sent over for me the very next day. So, I wouldn't out of medication... BUTTTT my favorite part of it is, I don't have to leave my children with babysitters in order for me to make my appointments! 😀 🤗😊💚💚💚 Seriously, Thank you so much Susan & Charlie!!!! Everything went smoothly, no issues, except having to pee in a cup every 2 weeks,I'm old That is my only issue,I can't be at work and meet on lunch break and find a place to pee, l design gardens.

Talking about goals and working with you to accomplish them , that shows meaning and genuine care for a person and their well being . You'll hear a lot of misinformation, myths and outright lies about programs like Ophelia and the treatments/medications they use, but please keep an open mind. Most of the negative comments you will see or hear come from ignorance, lack of human compassion or personal feelings that do not align with how MAT works. I can attest to this and I fight these misconceptions frequently. Ophelia has done wonders for my life in all aspects to include mental, professional, personal interactions and more. I've never used a service who's had friendlier and more helpful staff than Ophelia. They have come a long way in a short time both in technology and how they manage their patients which shows the dedication they have to truly helping people who want their life back from addiction. I chose to participate in Ophelia's MAT program because every clinic I've ever passed in my area left me feeling depressed, not because I knew I needed to participate in one but because of the atmosphere they all presented. I feel that being able to remain in the comfort of your home, having a virtual presence and not being in a (typically) desolate building all help one's recovery from a mental standpoint. It may not be for everyone considering how personal addiction treatment is, but for those who would benefit from feeling "distanced" from their treatment Ophelia's use of technology for remote-based recovery will help tremendously. What Ophelia is doing, using technology to help people seeking recovery, having great staff, doing so much more than simply writing a prescription and being another turnstyle program...they should be a model for all MAT programs to follow. Lastly and most important, do *not* be afraid to reach out for help. I'm here to tell you that you gain nothing from delaying seeking help. Thanks to those same rumors I mentioned earlier I spent more time dealing with the stresses of addiction than I should have. The worries I had about will I lose my job, will I not be able to do x,y or z kept me away from Ophelia's program. Being a patient of Ophelia has not had *any* negative effects on my day-to-day life whatsoever. Do not let the "what-ifs" whispered into your ear by yourself or anyone else stop you from reaching out to Ophelia because 1) taking control back of your life is most important and 2) they are simply unfounded. If you want your life back call Ophelia TODAY, they will most certainly help you achieve that goal. That feeling of hope and excitement you may have just had at the prospect of having a stable job again or a home...maybe having a family? Yeah, that's not false hope. Convenient. Professional. Affordable.(THEY DO TAKE INSURANCE!) Understanding. Nonjudgmental. If you want health care that works, do it. If you want to work the health care system, it's not for you. It's the same quality treatment as if you went into the office but in the comfort of your own home. Urine tests are provided to you by mail. You will receive them in advance to your appointments so you have them on hand and ready for visits. They check in with you through text messaging to make sure everything is working for you. You can also contact them through text message if you have any questions or concerns. I literally did a short questionnaire on the website, put my insurance info in and set up a pre consultation phone call for that same day. It was a quick 15 minute phone call getting my medical history. Once that was done they sent me a link by text to set up an appointment with a doctor in my area and I was able to do my first actual voom appointment later that day. Altogether it took me less than 10 hours to get everything set up and seen by a medical professional. I don't know about you but when I had to set up to go into a clinic for the first time they had a wait list for a few months out, if they were even accepting people. I would definitely recommend Ophilia if you have trouble with transportation to visits or a work schedule that's hard to get around. Or to anyone looking for quick, convenient treatment with doctors that care and understand what you're going through.

This is an amazing program. They are very responsive, thorough and really strive to do what this program was intended to do. To safely help you the right way. Calling Ophelia was definitely the best decision I have ever made in my life. My experience has been great. Anytime I have a question and I text the company someone responds pretty quickly or immediately. The starting process was fairly quick also. Ophelia Health has been great I truly don't have anything bad to say. Anytime I have had a problem with CVS someone with the company has fixed the problem right away. The company works with your schedule on appointments and also notified you a few days in advance regarding if you can keep an appointment or if you need to reschedule. They also gives you days of notification before charging your account for the monthly payment. I strongly recommend this company if you have had or having issues with an opioid addiction. The staff are very encouraging, helpful and take there time to make sure everything you need is accommodated.
