Ophelia is the very cutting edge of addiction treatment. They view addiction in the same way recovering addicts must, which is to say that addiction is more like diabetes and other forms of chronic illness, than something you "get over" like a cold or flu. They are prompt, communicative, helpful, caring, kind, and most importantly stress free. I would recommend this treatment to ANYONE serious about getting AND STAYING sober. It's not like these clinics and so called doctors out there merry go rounding addicts. They offer so much support 24/7/365. You can opt into or out of any program they offer. From one on one therapy to group sessions, to emergency sessions, you name it, they are there for you. They work with you payment wise, so you never have to worry if your insurance doesn't cover it or is lost. There are not hidden fees or late fees, aside from a very unlikely cancelled appointment charge of 20$ which is only if you fail to notify them 12 hours before and even then they'll likely waive it. It's fast, efficient and compassionate. It's everything a working adult needs to fight the disease of addiction AND WIN!

Best place ever to go to if your wanting to get help to fight addiction, get clean & stay clean! The doctor is a very pleasant person and is very knowledgeable about a wide variety of health related issues. I feel very comfortable when I talk with him and everything that he responds to me with makes sense and is very informative. I highly recommend this service as it has been a big help to me

This place is wonderful. i have only seen Carla so far and she had been very attentive, informative and thorough. She is the perfect mix of kind and professional. The staff has been great with promptly relaying messages, passing on instructions and answering questions, even afterhours. Besides, read the reviews and it says it all......This place has been saving addicts like NA 2.0. I believe in spirit and that all things are connected. One girl lost her life to this diease and that opened the doorway for all of us. Im am grateful for her sacrifice, her partners drive, and all of the struggles they faced just bring us here. They dont say her name but I call her Ophelia. I think that's an important thing to remember along your road of recovery. The life that was lost so you could be here.

Ophelia is the absolute best thing I have ever done! Alexandra and Ellen have enabled me with the tools and medication for my recovery to stay on track. I’m slowly getting my relationship back with my family and that definitely would not have been even remotely possible had I not had the necessary tools to help me in recovery. My relationship with my boyfriend had been getting very rocky for a while and now we are getting things together and making sure that we are doing things differently for the present and future instead of living in the past.

The staff is nonjudging and really seem to care. The service is fantastic and any issues are dealt with quickly and satisfactory This isn't a government program they make recommendations and not mandate group meetings . Ophelia and Emily Way have saved my life. Emily stuck with me and never judged never questioned me about wanting to get off the street drugs. It took many attempts for me to get in the suboxone and Emily never gave up and she gave me the help and strength to do it. I am forever grateful for Ophelia and Emily. I swear upon my initial curiosity regarding Ophelia it sounded to good to be true. So I called and it still seemed to good to be true. Regarding the prescription of these kind of medications, there are always issue with this or with that. Insurance problems or whatever nonsense needs to happen to just get your script.
