Without a doubt this service they offer and the tactics they use to get through to the addict brain works. Every-time a step felt like a road block and I put starting on the back burner (insurance, paperwork, approvals, ect) I would get a phone call from a real person, a text from a real person (some auto responses, but especially during signups real people answering and helping! Sandra C. Has been my unrelenting help and I can not praise her as a NP, supporter, Person. I don’t know if I would have made it this far without her.

Absolutely amazing people who really care, they get to know you and realize that if you give the person the trust with the responsibility they will more likely than not continue with treatment the right way. I’ve enjoyed getting to know my Practitioner Melissa not only is she freaking gorgeous on the outside. She is so beautiful inside. I’m very lucky to have been able to keep getting the help I need for my addiction of opioids. This company is no joke they’re the best. My clinician is Tyler and he is supportive, nonjudgmental, very professional and knowledgeable.. plus he seems to be a very nice & good guy. I do recommend him as a clinician. The Ophelia team are always there for you when you need any urgent help or questions.. just a text or call away! I'm usually the type that doesn't trust doing ANYTHING over the internet. And I was extremely skeptical about seeing a Dr over zoom for privacy reasons. I could not ask for a better, more compassionate, understanding Dr than Mrs Shana. Anytime i have any questions or concerns, they are always there to guide me. So far everything is going so well. So well in fact, I keep waiting for the small print to show up. How can u have on-line Drs that really care, really want to help, more so than when I attended physical appts. It just is. I am just upset that I didn't find OPHELIA MUCH MUCH earlier.

So far this program has helped me to get a hold on my addiction. Its a day at a time. But my Nurse Practicer Theodore is very hands on and he really wants to help me. I would definitely recommend this program if you are dealing with addiction.

Staff is super friendly. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. She answers all my questions, don't give vague answers like my doctors in the past. When a situation arises I just send a quick text and they will go above and beyond to take care of that situation. I'm glad I made the choice to switch.
