Active Addiction is a tragic place to find yourself in. However, sobriety can be an even harder place to find and maintain without the support from organizations like this. I want my addiction to be the smallest part of how I am defined and judged, and with the help of my counselor and the staff, who always come through more efficiently than any other agency I’ve ever dealt with, I am finally maintaining a clean lifestyle, almost with ease. I have been using Opheila for about a year or so I believe and have had no issues with them. Have the best Doctor, (Dr P) who genuinely cares for my situation and health conditions. Definitely recommend this service to people like me who don't like to visit doctor offices and need help.

So far, I have had an excellent experience. My nurse practitioner, Carla has been very detail oriented toward my rehabilitation and I can honestly say she cares about the well-being of her patients. Excellent place for MAT treatment. I never feel judged or feel alone. They have helped me 💯 percent toward my Recovery ❤️‍🩹 I don’t know what I would do with out people and drs like this! It means alot trust me! Thanks a million.. I can’t say it enough! I'm so incredibly happy that decided to give Ophelia. From. The first time I spoke to someone up until now I have had zero issues and the best part about Ophelia to me is their customer service. If you have an issue they are going to do everything they possibly can on their end to help with whatever is needed. They respond to texts almost instantly as long as they are in the office and they are there almost all day and night except for weekends I believe. I have never had such a quick response from a doctors office here locally and I'm sure a lot of people have been there and know how frustrating that can be. I couldn't possibly be happier with my choice to choose Ophelia. Customer service is easily a 10/10. My Doctor is amazing and I give her the same 10/10.

After five months of treatment with Ophelia, I highly recommend their services and have referred numerous friends to them. Ophelia is the gold standard for Tele-health opioid treatment and is the best solution for those struggling with opioid use disorder but have too busy of a work/life schedule to arrange in-person treatment. Ophelia is extremely communicative through text & call, and when you are in treatment with Ophelia it is a huge comfort to know that your treatment team is always just a call/text away if you're having a rough day or have urgent/important questions. Onboarding is quick and easy, and they prioritize getting you the medication & support you need quickly over the annoying things like insurance or payment that present roadblocks to many people getting the care they need. A special shout out to my clinician Nellie who was always super supportive and one of the biggest reasons I was able to successfully complete treatment after many failed attempts. Ophelia is perfect for those with mild to moderate opioid use disorder who are motivated to make a change in their life. It is definitely the happy medium between intensive inpatient treatment & laid back outpatient treatment, the only possible issue I could see is that it may not be the level of intensive care that will suffice for those struggling the most with OUD.

Ophelia has been great. So much more convenient over the alternative clinique. Best part is they accept my insurance and that alone saves me $2500 a year. Not having to pay $200 outa pocket just to see the Dr. Not counting time I had to take off from work to go see the Dr. and fuel cost driving to see the Dr... Ophelia is 15 mins zoom call quick and easy. If you ask me. Anyone on a suboxone program would be stupid to not at bare minimum look into Ophelia and what they have to offer. Promise you will not be disappointed

This is the best decision I made to get help. Everything was so easy, the staff took time to explain how this program works. After a zoom appt. with the Dr. I picked up my prescription the same day. I wish I knew about this program a long time ago.

Ophelia is charging me a no show fee because i couldn't go on zoom on the appointment day due to the fact it's illegal to record or have video calls in the e.r so basically I'm being charged for not breaking the law. 2 the lead coordinators are rude and careless about your health issues all they want is money and gaslight everything you tell them. The only reason I'm sticking by with them is because of my doctor that works for them she's an amazing doctor who is caring,understanding and truly has the passion for helping her clients to treat o.u.d and her name is Dr. Melissa. Won't say anymore because of the HIPPA laws but it amazes me how they dont seem to care about HIPPA laws when it comes to $$$.

The staff and the Drs go above and beyond to give you peace and understanding. I struggle with depression and anxiety as well as addiction and they always are so kind and understanding. If you need them they're there. I would advise try for a month you'll see what I've come to appreciate and rely on.

I give Ophelia 5 stars because this organization doesn't just say they care they sincerely care. Not just about your medication but about everything going on in your life. Yes they have a job to do but it seems like it's more than just their jobs. I respect and open up alot more when I know that the person is sincere and really do care about my situation and the things I'm talking about. I recommend this program to anybody who is really sincere about their recovery. This program is legit and the staff really do care about the human being you are. Love them!! Everyone is so nice and the doctor is great. He actually cares about his patients. He is thr kind of doctor that takes his time to find out about his patients and make sure they are OK. I was sick and I have a zoom with him that day. He called me one week later just to ask how I was feeling and see if I was feeling any better. I never experienced that with any doctor or staff... I highly recommend ophelia
