I have nothing negative to say about the provisions with your organization Caitlin is my physician and she is very on the ball and very informative answers all my questions and the texting back and forth the people that do that are also very on the ball and again I just have anything positive to say about it it's been great and has helped me out a lot

Ophelia has been absolutely life changing for me. The providers and staff (especially support staff), have been absolutely amazing. They have gone above and beyond in giving excellent care and guidance. They approach addiction to opioids in the most sensible, realistic, and safe manner. They truly understand what they are dealing with and how to provide solutions for care in order to make sobriety achievable! I feel as if I have my life back! All my relationships have improved as well as my overall health and care for myself. Very convenient and private. Everyone is exceptionally nice, scheduling and rescheduling is very easy and there is always someone available to answer text messages or calls. I work out of town on a rotational schedule; this service has made life easier.

After being in another program that was just absolutely awful in every way possible, this program has been nothing but helpful, the counselor Nora that I deal with is absolutely wonderful. Absolutely amazing!!! I can't stress enough how easy and simple the process is. You don't have to go to an actual appointment. Everything is through zoom and stress free. If I can do it everyone can. I wish I found them sooner. My problem has always been trying to get to doctor appointments because of my work schedule which is 6-7 days a week but with Ophelia I don't have to worry about that because everything is through zoom. You get 24/7 support through text messages, phone calls etc. The one and only issue I have is they don't take my insurance but I'm able to work around that. Erica is the best!!!

I joined Ophelia because honestly I could no longer afford to see a private psychiatrist for my opioid addiction. I was a little apprehensive, but I must say the experience has been great! The doctor I met with was very personable and caring and I’ve developed a good relationship with him. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable about addiction and very responsive to my needs. Promise best and easiest experience I've ever been through on medicine immediately and not just a little bit enough to actually help you and it continues you just have to drug test once a week for 4 weeks then it turns into every two weeks for four times like that then monthly also talking to a doctor once a week and if need be they will call you please join people let's end this opiate epidemic

So where do I start ??? THEY ARE AMAZING !!!!!!!! I just moved to every two weeks I'm super happy about that, and my pa Melissa she is just the best. Ophelia program treats you like a grown up, they don't punish you for having a screw up, whatever it might be, you used, or you didn't get to the post office before they closed, so you could pick up your test cups. They care about you and your recovery..... Your pa is just a text, a phone call, email away. My pa gets right back to me if it's a emergency, other wise within an hour... No more driving in the snow to your doctor appointments in Niagara Fall and Buffalo anymore, I get to stay at my warm home and have my zoom appointment with Melissa.
