Ophelia has been great since I’ve been with them. This is a new concept of virtual care and I’m so glad I found it! Their text line is so quick at responding at all hours of the night or day. When they say they’ll do something, they mean it. I can’t say that about my prior doctors. Plus it’s just so convenient! You can do your appointment in your car on lunch or a break! Seriously, 5 +++ stars for them!

This program has saved my life! It is user friendly and is wonderful for people who don’t like leaving the house to have to go to their maintenance program. The doctors and everyone who works with Ophelia are very kind and caring people. They’re always available when you have a question or problems and work quickly to find a resolution to it. I would recommend this program to anyone that wants to take the first step to recovery even though it can be scary it’s so worth it in the end. Would just like to say thank you to the Ophelia staff and their clinicians. With my hectic schedule this program is perfect for me. I’m able to do my visits from any location which for me can vary greatly. I’m so appreciative of everyone with whom I’ve spoken to.
