I started with ophelia recovery over 2 years ago. They were the one that took their time with me let me explain what happened to me and how I am . I can say no other place would do that . If I need anything I just text him and not even 30 min I get a text back they really want u to succeed. The whole staff and crew are amazing people they understand that there’s all different types of forms of addiction for even the same type of medicine people are addicted to, and that’s what’s important to me.I can honestly say in the two years that Iam recovering with them I haven’t relapsed because when my head would get to a dark place, I would reach out and they were right there like I said before they’re amazing people and I’m glad I found them because honestly if I want to sound them I wouldn’t be here today!

I use to hate going into the doctors office and talking to a complete stranger. Recovery works in different ways for each person. I'm the type that I know how I got were I was and a room full of strangers ain't going to stop me from going and getting high. So being in the comfort of my own home and getting my recovery as well, well it's pretty dag on nice... Thanks to all of the staff that helps me and a special thanks to my doctor.

Ophelia Health has been absolutely amazing! The sign up and getting started was simple and easy. They talk you through the entire process and they take insurance which makes it more than affordable. They actually call or text you just to check on you to see how your doing in between appointments. The fact that the entire team is there to genuinely help me from my doctor to the billing department is exactly why I keep going! They have made me feel welcome and they treat me as a person not a number. The only regret I have about joining Ophelia is that I didn't start sooner. I will continue to recommend Ophelia to anyone , if your looking for help and want a program curtailed to your needs I strongly recommend this to anyone you will not be disappointed.

I joined Ophelia in the fall of 2021 and my life has been different ever since. I've developed a close relationship with my care provider there and feel like he understands without any judgement. Since starting the treatment I have quit all drugs with the exception of legal cannabis in New York state, I've quit smoking, and I have not touched an alcoholic drink in over a year now. The program works and it can change your life forever. It did mine. I would like to see Ophelia start some support groups, or maybe even a social network for us all to connect. I think communicating our stories is one powerful tool in this crisis

So far so good. Been using the Ophelia telemed appointments for a little over a month now. Any problems that I have had from my RX (prescription) not being called in, to it being called in incorrectly, and other various issues that have ALWAYS been handled with the utmost respect, kindness, concern, and always handled in a timely manner... Plus knowing that I can reach out (within business hours) and recieve a response to any questions, concerns, or just needing someone to talk to about being in recovery give me a piece of mind that I have an entire Care Team working with me on my sobriety. (Completely different than trying to do, and figure everything out alone...) Would defantly recommend anyone that is serious about getting sober to Ophelia Health. ** Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because there's ALWAYS room for improvement, and I've only been using this company for a little over a month.**

So far I've had a amazing experience with Ophelia Health! From the start my old doctors office wasn't answering calls from me or the providers at Ophelia to sort out the transfer of prescriptions or charts.
