For me personally, Ophilia has been the best thing since I got sober. I used to pay $170 a month to go to a pain management clinic where I literally saw a doctor once every three months. There was no support outside of your appointment times and if you had a problem, they were only open three days a week from 8 to 12. With Ophilia they’re texting option is amazing. I always get a response from a live person and have had zero trouble contacting them when I needed to and of course they take my insurance which makes them 10 stars in my eyes.

The Drs/ staff are really friendly and accommodating. If anyone you know or love needs help with recovery. You won't find better professionals any where else. 1000/10 score from me easily. Please if you or someone you love needs help Ophelia is the place for you.

The simplicity of this program is undoubtedly the reason it is saving lives. We all have busy lives and the Ophelia staff gets it. My care team, once again, worked wonders when I traveled out of state and needed help. They did everything they possibly could in order to make sure I was okay and my first family vacation in a decade was not ruined. This is the most understanding, caring, non-judgmental, reliable, and realistic program I’ve ever been in. And trust me there’s been plenty. Thanks to everyone at Ophelia for giving me my life back. I would be dead.

I have been with this company for about two years or more and it’s been amazing!! Truly a game changer and so helpful for small town communities without these options. The only issues I have is the fact they dropped one of their biggest tools with fighting the good fight !! Hundreds of patients rely on their “peers program” they talk to them weekly and that is many of the patients main and only support system ! Getting rid of this is not a great idea or plan.. I feel as though many patients will slip without this form of support…. As it’s all some of them even have!!! It needs to be an option! Personally… for me it will be hard to be without it and I know it will affect the patients of this company and the company itself in quite a negative manner and I do hope the higher ups will reconsider dropping this portion of the company as it’s truly essential!!!

I give Ophelia 5 stars because this organization doesn't just say they care they sincerely care. Not just about your medication but about everything going on in your life. Yes they have a job to do but it seems like it's more than just their jobs. I respect and open up alot more when I know that the person is sincere and really do care about my situation and the things I'm talking about. I recommend this program to anybody who is really sincere about their recovery. This program is legit and the staff really do care about the human being you are. Thank you to everyone involved with ophelia staff and patience alike. 5 plus 🌟 from me. 12/30/22 I'm what 6 7 months into the program and I must say NY word's from before have not changed. I've been to rehabs, drug programs, counseling you name it I've done and I'm not proud of it. But I an proud of the man I am today and I owe all the thanks to this staff here at Ophelia. But far the greatest help I've had in all my life. Thank you Ophelia 😊 I hope the staff at at Ophelia and their family's have a Wonderful New Year's. I know me and mine with thanks to this program. If you need help and you don't want to be judged or set up for failure I highly recommend looking into this program. Not saying sign up, even though you should I'm just saying look into it because I'm sure I'm not the only who believes this. Thanks for reading.

Using Ophelia is sooooo easy! The counselors are great and any interaction I've had with any of the staff has been exceptional. They are responsive, helpful and are willing to work with your specific situation...I do not get the feeling of "one size fits all".
