Well let me see they are so easy to get in touch at desperate times with a truly carrying support group looking forward to not taking a bus in the cold winter days even with the so easy convenience they are still very professional and take care off business in a satisfactory way .if there was something to complain about it would be there reminders about confirming and cancelling in a narrow time but they will wave it for the first time .the best part is the doctor is so nice and cares .

I'm able to work again and take care of my children better I'm the mom they deserve now thanks to Ophelia they are more than accommodating and helpful they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and healthy and I feel cared about instead of being treated like a loser who can't get my life together. My doctor's prescribed the medication i became dependent on after my horrible car accident and multiple surgeries and then after two yrs they cut me off cold turkey.. I wasn't able to function anymore my life was falling apart and I was losing everything until I found Ophelia they even helped me get the proper insurance so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. They care and you can tell. I recommend to everyone who needs treatment.

One of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had. I ran into one issue that was mostly my fault after switching pills I texted the number that schedules and confirms appointments, and a PA actually got in touch with me, Chad. And after they helped correct the problem. I’m sure others can attest to this but whenever there’s an issue in a traditional clinic, I’ve never received the understanding and urgency to help me out.

This place is wonderful. i have like a whole crew of providers who feel more like friends. I feel when we schedule the next meeting with someone else, and find we wont see eachother for a few months, me and everyone I have been scheduled with so far, all do a Lil "aww man" . The behind the scenes staff are equally great with promptly relaying messages, passing on instructions and answering questions, even afterhours.

So happy I found Ophelia. Staff is caring, supportive and professional. They are quick to help with any problems you might have. I’m Adding to this review several months after original post. I can’t stress how supportive and caring the folks at Ophelia are. I had an issue today picking up meds and within an hour the staff had solved the problem and I was able to pick up my medication. The anxiety that happens when you go to the pharmacy and your prescription isn’t there is overwhelming. Knowing that the staff at Ophelia will help me navigate these situations is priceless to me. Ophelia and Emily Way have saved my life. Emily stuck with me and never judged never questioned me about wanting to get off the street drugs. It took many attempts for me to get in the suboxone and Emily never gave up and she gave me the help and strength to do it. I am forever grateful for Ophelia and Emily. What I really love about it is being able to see her in the comfort of my home. And my insurance pays for it all. Besides a 1$ copay for the prescription. I was alittle skeptical at first being telehealth n controlled substance. I saw a Doctor for 2 years in person...they dropped me like a bad habit because they assumed because I misplaced some of them that I was either selling them or taking more of them...I was going 2 years straight with no problems...the first problem I have they assume the worst..I felt like a victim I didn't know what to do...I found Ophelia and they were able to get me started again. It was alittle nerve wrecking in the beginning because I had to see them like every 2 weeks n I could only get a 2 week script but that was there treatment plan...they can't just give anybody this stuff. You gotta be willing to do the right thing. It Def has saved my marriage...as long as you keep doing what they say, you can work your way up to monthly...I like how they accept insurance too.A ++++++
