I was alittle skeptical at first being telehealth n controlled substance. I saw a Doctor for 2 years in person...they dropped me like a bad habit because they assumed because I misplaced some of them that I was either selling them or taking more of them...I was going 2 years straight with no problems...the first problem I have they assume the worst..I felt like a victim I didn't know what to do...I found Ophelia and they were able to get me started again. It was alittle nerve wrecking in the beginning because I had to see them like every 2 weeks n I could only get a 2 week script but that was there treatment plan...they can't just give anybody this stuff. You gotta be willing to do the right thing. It Def has saved my marriage...as long as you keep doing what they say, you can work your way up to monthly...I like how they accept insurance too.A ++++++

This is by far the best treatment and doctors I've ever had.they are super caring and listen to whatever issues your having!! I would recommend this to anyone that needs this kind of help!! Ophelia, reminds me of the old days we're people actually cared about the fellow man. I can't think of anything to complain about it seems like there available 24/7 and if you have a problem and they can solve it consider it taken care of and the only words I can think of for the doctor is I wish he could be my primary I never knew a doctor that actually cares like he does out of 1 to 10 I give them a 10 plus.they go above and beyond there duty as a program.

Ophelia has been great! I work 7 days a week so I don't have a lot of time to make appointments that I have to leave work for. So having these appointments over zoom has really worked for my schedule. All of the staff have been very kind and helpful. If there's something that needs immediate attention I have always got a response in a reasonable amount of time. Karissa has been wonderful. She works with my schedule and it helps a lot being able to talk to her about things going on in my life. So my overall experience has been wonderful.
