This program is a lifesaver to every and any REAL human being that has a schedule like everyone else. They are extremely flexible with appointments and work with you through any obstacles you might have. This is a perfect program for what EVERY suboxone program should be! Whether your looking to start for your first time or be a transfer. It’s better in every way. Take it from someone whose been on those programs that make it near impossible to keep up with everything.

There was a mistake on whether they took my insurance and not so I had to pay cash up front every month for about 6 months but I got behind a month and then two they allowed me to continue for three sessions to make sure I was able to find another program thank God I was able to stay with them cuz my provider is amazing she doesn't judge makes you feel comfortable he will go out of the way to make sure you don't miss your visit I couldn't get the internet service cuz I was out in the country and my provider called a couple times about an hour goes by he tried one more time I was able to get service so this company goes out of their way to start your sobriety and or keep it you don't have to talk to anybody you could just use text messages they respond quickly

After 22years on high dose opiates for severe chronic pain my pain management practice decided they were phasing out the prescribing of opiates. They left me with NO OPTIONS and I couldn't get treatment anywhere else in my three state area. I also was unable to get Suboxone or methadone because I don't have Opioid use disorder! I was a model patient and this was held against me. I found Ophelia online and was treated immediately. I've been with this program for a year and a half with ZERO PROBLEMS! my NP is very personable and professional. There was a potential billing issue but it was handled promptly. I shudder to think what would have happened to me if I hadn't found Orphelia. Five star all the way!

My therapist Miss Littzzi is actually super cool super chill she doesn't make me feel like an addict and I actually like speaking to her more than my psychiatrist and drug and alcohol therapist.. she is currently helping me with my depression also and I highly recommend anybody who is looking for help to reach out to Ophelia
