This program is awesome! They are professional but very caring at the same time. The program is easy to get started and the process as a whole is simple. They are soooooo amazing!! They work with their patients knowing the difficulties they are going through!! I have moved my appointments when there were conflicts and they are always accommodating. I can't describe how amazing it's been Since I switched to Ophelia. I thought since its through zoom that it would be very impersonal and I'd just be a number so to speak. But it's nothing like that. I know my doctor and the pa name, they spend time to get to know you and it feels like a support system that truly wants to help you. The tests are easy, the prescriptions are faster than the clinics I've had to drive to. You have to simply be honest, and do the right things to get sober and Ophelia feels like a safety net to keep you on the right path. I've been sober for 5 years now. Most people want to go to a rehab that takes you away from home, which may cause issues with your job, or family, kids because your gone for several months. I got clean and through this system I never missed a day of work, I was able to be will my kids, take care of my home ECT. Which means I didn't have to vanish for months and then come home and be overwhelmed by all the problems at once. As I became sober and chipped away at the problems addiction caused, everyone saw my improvement and I was cable to overcome the impossible. This system saved my life and continues to support me as I move forward. It works, if your reading this you might be in a very bad spot in your life. Ophelia can help you and pull you up from the bottom. I'm a testament of what they can do.

Terrible timing to ask for a review as I’m waiting for someone to answer (as in a human) while I’m sitting at the pharmacy that’s claiming they never got my script. It’s been 4 days since it was “called in” and they have no record at any CVS. Calls are short and only a 2 minute grace period. They see (my estimate) a few hundred people per day per doctor. That’s too many people to actually give the correct care and support in my opinion. If you miss your appointment by a couple mins, you get charged $20 and have to wait days to see someone. Luckily I have been clean for years now but I can’t imagine someone who hasn’t been getting the necessary support.

This company saved my life, literally. As bad as this may sound, rehab is not for everyone. The success rate for in-person 30-day rehab programs for opioid addicts is 41%, which is not favorable. Ophelia prescribed me a generous amount of Suboxone as well as all the necessary comfort meds to make it through the withdrawal period the same day I called, after a one hour conversation with the doctor. They're very easy to reach by text message and they stay on top of you as you progress through the first month to make sure they're meeting all your needs. This place will save your life.

Love it's over the phone with everything and that u don't have to leave the comfort of ur own home if u can't or can and that there is text support too and they do their best and listen to their patients and that they help u no matter what and they trust u with everything and it was the best thing I've ever came across and helped me when I needed a new doctor and it was very easy to fill out and get in right away and id refer anyone to this place and doctors very kind and friendly and they help a lot of people including and besides me.
