I have been going to Ophelia now for a long time and I don't think I would be where I am today without them. They are supportive and actually care about what's going on in your life and want to be sure you have your medicine to prevent relapse and cravings. And the appts are easy and I look forward to them as well. The entire team is fighting addiction right along side of you so you don't feel alone in anyway with this disease and the struggles you go through on this journey . Ophelia is one of the best things that has happened for me especially bc I live in a area with little care for addiction but so many addicts and a long long wait list to find any care and yet still would have to travel to see someone so having Ophelia is a true blessing .

It was a breeze to navigate their sign up. They are available to you whenever or whatever you might need. The staff and doctors are understanding, pleasant, and knowledgeable. No interupption in my meds when I switched. An overall positive experience. You won't regret choosing them.

Ophelia gave me my life back. I was hesitant to make the first call so I actually texted on a Sunday night and surprisingly I got a response right back and was in with a dr Monday morning. They gave me the comfort meds to safely get off opiates and onto subs at the comfort of my own home and bed no wait for a detox bed which at times I used as an excuse to be running the streets of Kensington . I think there’s something in the power of your own will to get clean at your own house where you could easily go back but chose not to. It was like getting my will back and showing/proving to myself I got this. The staff are super helpful ,understanding, and you can tell they truly care. You aren’t just $$ to them you feel like a human. They are on top of everything so you never have to worry about being without treatment or meds specific to your needs . Your treatment plan grows as you grow they keep track of all your milestones . Since being with Ophelia this is the longest I’ve been clean without using and I truly believe Ophelia being apart of my support team has a huge impact on that. I encourage everyone I know who are still sick and suffering to call them and give it a try. They understand the beginning is hard and don’t punish you for not getting it right away..it took me 3 tries and mrs sue was there they understand relapse is a part of recovery didn’t make me feel guilty or a waste educated me on why i was going through what i was and encouraged to keep going . Unlike rehab you wait to get a bed and if u leave after a couple days you can’t get right back in Ophelia doesn’t leave you on your own they got your back until you get it. Thank you truly from the bottom of my heart for all you do everyone at Ophelia you truly saved my life.

I would recommend Ophelia on line medical. I was at first hesitant because of what I had herd about other on line places. I found them to be nothing like I herd. Very professional. Helpful and friendly. I believe they truly care about my welfare and with my 3rd shift schedule I am not the easiest to schedule appointments. I have never had any troubles. Even when they are closed I text them and they get right back to me.

Please, if you or someone you know has an addiction to opioids, and barely have time in your day to schedule an appointment somewhere, they make it all possible. They take most insurance, and have payment plans available. I’m glad I got help! Simply great care and staff. 👍 Make a change for yourself!
