The nurses are great they really take time in herring what you have to say very good Communication With customer service but the only downside is that when you don’t have the money to pay they will not help you at all they won’t even give you any meds they seem to not care if you’re in withdrawal

Been with Ophilia almost a year. They have been so helpful and supportive in my recovery. They make sure I’m on the right dose. And anything else I need they are only a text or phone call away. Even with my insurance being dropped they sent a letter that day to give to my insurance company so hopefully everything will work out. I’d hate to have to go some where else for meds and counseling.

I am very happy for this program if it was not for them I would probably not be here today because of all the new types of drugs out there that are killing people and closing people to overdose I had a really bad habit I thought I could do it myself I could for a little but then when I found this program it has helped me a lot I'm not one for meetings we're going to groups they actually made it worse for me with the one-on-one counselor it is everything I needed and I'm still clean and going strong I don't ever think about Cravings or anything like that I just keep working forward and doing better

Love them!! Everyone is so nice and the doctor is great. He actually cares about his patients. He is thr kind of doctor that takes his time to find out about his patients and make sure they are OK. I was sick and I have a zoom with him that day. He called me one week later just to ask how I was feeling and see if I was feeling any better. I never experienced that with any doctor or staff... I highly recommend ophelia
