I love Ophelia. I used to spend so much time going to my doctor appointments, now I can do it all from home and it's so quick and easy. My care team is so kind and helpful. My only complaint is that I didn't know about them sooner And they take insurance!

Ophelia is the best place I've gone to for my Suboxone treatment. It's easy to get in, they send the script right to the pharmacy you choose and if you have insurance, you only pay for the 1st visit. If you don't have insurance, it's 99 dollars per appt, so once a month. It's the greatest invention since sliced bread lol

Ophelia health is a wonderful group of people! Their staff is highly capable and knowledgeable and the bedside manner of all their staff is top notch! No matter what the issue is they are always there with fast replies doing exactly what they say they will do in a timely manner. I don't think I've EVER had a Drs office or medical facility act as quickly and cater to my needs as much as they do. I never feel rushed by them and I ALWAYS feel like they are truly concerned with my progress and well being. I've never felt like "just a chart" or "nothing but a dollar sign" to them. If I had a complaint at all it would be the price. HOWEVER, for the care they're giving me, compared to other facilities online, they still have competitive prices. Besides, this is my life they are saving and I think my life is worth what they're charging me. Let's be real, people like us that need their services have paid ridiculous amounts in our past to get the "meds" we need and can be quite resourceful doing so, so if I could afford THAT kind of thing, I can afford this! Ask yourself, whats YOUR happiness, well being, and ultimately your life worth?

Ophelia has been a GODS HONEST GIFT TO MYSELF AND MY FAMILY I HAVE BEEN SOBER FOR MANY YEARS AND WITH THE HELP OF THEIR TEAM FROM IN THE OFFICE TO THE DOCTORS THEY HAVE BEEN AMAZING!!!!! All the doctors looking to make a quick buck on the misery that is addiction, start taking notes from ophelia, it might make you remember your oath. Ophelia charges my insurance and I pay nothing out of pocket. I use to have to pay 200 a month for my script. They have doctors that are just as personable on video chat as in face to face appointments. I'll never go back to those vultures again!

Awesome and convenient. Great people! Easiest way to get prescribed your meds completely hassle free. They even offer counseling if you need someone to talk to. I'd give them a 10 star rating if I could. They are and go above and beyond!!!!!
