Goofball

Goofball is a street name for the combination of an opioid (such as heroin/fentanyl) an opioid, and methamphetamine, a powerful stimulant. This combination is highly dangerous due to the contrasting effects of the stimulant (methamphetamine) and depressant (opioid).
